Good morning! Mondays are so hard to wake up to and it’s even harder, when it’s dark outside and raining. It’s my 6th day at work and I’m pretty tired, but it doesn’t stop me from working out though, haha!
Hi guys! After my physiotherapist gave me the permission to start working out again I was so excited! I still do stretching for my back injury and I have also decided to try out the famous Bikini Body Guide 12 week program by australian girl named Kayla Itsines.
